FAQ's

How are your shirts printed?

All of our shirts are printed using DTG printers.  Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer that prints the ink directly onto the garment with precision. DTG printers use specialty inks which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

I just placed an order. When will it arrive?

All products are produced in the US, on demand especially for you. Products are usually printed and delivered within 7-10 Business Days (USPS or UPS).  Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received).

I cannot find my confirmation email.

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Since we print items on demand, we cannot process size exchanges. All of our items are made at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipment processes. If you received a defective item, we will happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us using the form on our contact page at https://www.paradigm-apparel.com/contact for further information. Please DO NOT send your items back to us without emailing first.  Please give us a chance to help you and identify the most efficient and effective way to resolve your issue.

Oh no! I messed up on my order! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to catch it. However, we cannot make any guarantees at this time. All of our shirts are printed on demand; as a result, we usually start processing orders immediately after you have placed your order and we possibly may ship within the same day.

Are there any specific care instructions?

Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Iron inside-out on a moderate setting. NEVER IRON on the printed area directly. Tumble dry low or hang-dry. Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
